Where should I park?
Parking in the back lots is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please read the parking information.
There aren’t any parking spaces available, where should I park?
If the parking lot is full, please check the list of available parking options nearby, including the parking garage next door. Please note that many of the alternative parking options require payment. We do not reimburse parking expenses under normal circumstances.
Can I park my car in the parking lot before check-in time?
If you arrive early and parking spaces are available, you can park in the parking lot. Please notify our manager by texting us and include your license info in the online check-in form.
How do I get into the building and my room?
YYou will receive a unique door code that will allow access to the front and backdoor, as well as your room. Look for a text message on the morning of your arrival. If you book your stay after 10 a.m. on the day of arrival, we will text you the code manually at a later time.
Where is my room located?
Room 101 is on the entry level (look for the white door in the hallway just past the main staircase).
Rooms 201 - 204 are on the second floor; floor plan diagrams are available below.
Rooms 301 - 303 are on the third floor; floor plan diagrams are available below.
The second and third floors are accessed via the main stairwell off the dining rooms (there is no elevator).
My door code isn’t working.
To use the door code, press each digit of the four-digit code and then press the "check mark" button. The touchpad will light up once you press the first button, but sure the first button you press corresponds to the first digit in the code provided.
I didn’t receive my check-in information. How do I get my door code?
The door code is sent around 10 a.m. on the morning of arrival via text message to the cell phone number listed on your reservation. Please check to make sure the correct cell phone number is listed on your reservation.
It’s too hot/cold in my room. Where do I adjust the thermostat?
Due to the nature of our historic building, the guest rooms share a common heating and cooling system. We do our best to set a temperature that is comfortable for everyone. We also provide fans, space-heaters, and extra blankets in each room for your comfort.

Check-in 3:00 PM / Check-out: 11:00 AM
Can I have a late check-out?
Late check-out requests depend on our staffing for the day and the incoming reservations. Please send us your request and we will notify you if it's possible. We may not respond until the morning and an additional fee may apply.

Can I bring an additional person to breakfast?
We can accommodate additional breakfast guests on most days. Our manager will respond to your request once it's received, and there will be an additional charge of $25 per person.
